You invite a Patient (defined below) to use the Services using Your Acute Doctor account. Your compliance with these Terms of Service is a condition to Your use of the Site, and, or Services. In the event of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Use and the Term of Service, the Service Terms shall prevail. Please review these rules carefully before using our platform.
