BIOFREEZE freezers

With the BIOFREEZE freezers BV45 or SMARTLINE, Consarctic supplies market-leading controlled rate freezers for various applications. The BIOFREEZE appliances are equipped with uncomplicated and user-friendly software, which already contains a large number of freezing programs and also offers the option of easily varying your own programs. The integrated TC-Active function optimizes the freezing process: as soon as crystallization heat is detected in the frozen food, a pre-programmed shock freeze is automatically carried out. This ensures optimum heat dissipation. The freezing process is then carried out according to the program. This enables excellent survival rates of the frozen biological cell material.

Cryogenic containers for biological samples

Our aluminum liquid nitrogen containers are used to store various biological samples in bags, ampoules or cryohalves. The sizes of these sample storage tanks range from 4 to 150 L LN2 capacity. Our cryogenic containers not only offer high resistance to extreme temperatures, but also ensure long-lasting, reliable cooling for safe storage. The excellent thermal insulation of the aluminium walls optimizes liquid nitrogen consumption, which minimizes operating costs. With precise temperature control and robust safety features, our cryogenic containers are the ideal solution for scientific research facilities, clinics and biobanks that place the highest demands on cryopreservation.

Stainless steel cryotanks

Depending on the size and design (liquid phase or gas phase storage), these liquid nitrogen cryotanksare suitable for storing up to 100,000 cryogenic ampoules or 1,700 500 ml bags. The tank opening is arranged eccentrically. This reduces nitrogen consumption and the vapor phase temperature is lower. Thanks to the rotatable base, the storage space is very easily accessible and can be used efficiently. Stainless steel cryogenic tanks offer an optimal solution for the long-term storage of biological samples. The eccentric arrangement of the tank opening significantly reduces liquid nitrogen consumption, which reduces operating costs in the long term. The rotatable base enables ergonomic handling and maximizes the available storage space so that capacity can be used efficiently.
